Is there a required minimum number of orders for subscribing?
Yes, our ethos is one of integrity and we expect the same relationship - there is a minimum of 3 subscription orders (3 months) before any subscription can be cancelled in good will. After your third order you can stop your subscription any time.
Can I edit or change my subscription?
As our Product Range grows you can swap flavours, add products, and alter the frequency of deliveries at any time. What you do is access order confirmation emails and find the appropriate links for managing your Subscription. When logged into our store you can also manage subscriptions as well. There is a 5 Business Day minimum timeframe to edit subscriptions to allow for change and processing of your order to be both accurate and on time. We are here to deliver amazing service - and set expectations clearly for you at the same time for a smooth ongoing service.
I want to cancel my subscription
After a 3 month time period you can cancel your Subscription at any time. We do require 5 business days notice, what this also means is you will be removed from our High Performance Legacy Tribe and all Coaching, Content, Resources and Courses will be removed from access as well. Please email the details of your cancellation to info@highperformancefather.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION".
My promo code is not working with my subscription
Subscriptions are already heavily discounted, any discount codes or promos cannot be used in conjunction with your special subscription and High Performance Legacy Membership.
