OUR COMMITMENT
We are dedicated to dispatching and delivering orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm AEST, Monday to Friday, are typically shipped the same day.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At HPF, we will replace or refund any broken, damaged, or incorrect items purchased directly from our website. Our return policy is valid for 30 days, and we strive to resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently. To initiate a claim, please complete email us at help@highperformancefather.com with as much detail as possible.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if you simply dislike the taste of a product. In such cases, we encourage you to share it with someone who may enjoy it.
PRICING ERRORS / WEBSITE ISSUES
We work hard to ensure that all product details, including pricing, are accurate and up-to-date. However, in rare instances, website errors may result in incorrect prices or unavailable products appearing at checkout. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders where pricing errors are evident, particularly if the price doesn't reflect the true value of the product. If this occurs, you will be notified promptly, and any payments made will be refunded. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all High Performance Father customers.
CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return unopened items in resalable condition within 30 days for a product exchange or store credit. This policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED ORDERS
Please be aware that we cannot issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for items that remain unclaimed and are returned to the sender by Australia Post or international postal services. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping details and familiarizing yourself with local customs policies.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. After that, reach out to your bank for further information. Refunds can sometimes take 5-10 business days to process.

RETURNS ADDRESS
When returning items, please include a tracking number. This is vital as we are not responsible for lost items during transit, and without a tracking number, store credit may not be issued. Once the returned items are received, we will process your store credit after inspecting the products. Please allow up to 5 business days for this process.
